1. How do I become a partner?
To join our partner program, simply visit our registration page, and fill out the registration form. Once your registration is successful, you will be able to generate referral links instantly from the partner tools tab on your partner dashboard. If you are an existing user, you can simply click on partner tab on your account dashboard.
2. Where can I find my partner dashboard?
After logging into your account, navigate to My Account > Partner. Here, you can monitor your performance, track referrals, view earnings, and manage your partner settings.
3. How do I generate my referral link?
In your partner dashboard, go to the Partner tools section. You’ll find a referral link generator that allows you to create custom links for any page or product on our site. Share these links on your social media pages, whatsapp groups, communities and your personal blog or websites to earn commissions on successful referrals.
4. How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are based on products or website in general. Currently at 25% per successful refferal. Which means if a product costs 5,000, you earn 1,225 per sale.
5. When do I get paid?
Payments are processed once your earned commission reaches the minimum payout threshold. You can request payouts at any time through your partner dashboard. Available payment methods is currently via Bank transfer only.
6. Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Partners can only earn commissions on sales made by other users.
7. How long is my referral link valid?
Your link can be used anytime.
8. Can I promote my referral link on social media?
Absolutely! You can share your referral link on various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites. We also provide custom banners to help you promote our products effectively.
9. How can I track my performance?
Your partner dashboard provides detailed reports, including:
Visitors: Number of people who clicked your referral link.
Customers: Number of customers who made a purchase through your referral.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of visitors who became customers.
Revenue: Total revenue generated from your referrals.
Commissions: Your earnings, both gross and net.
10. What happens if a customer clicks multiple partner links?
The first partner is credited with the value.
11. Can a non-Nigerian register as a partner?
Absolutely! Teststreams operates on a multi-currency system, so partners from all over the world can join. The value of your referral commission depends on the currency that your referral uses for payment.
