1. Account Management on Teststreams
How do I view the file I just downloaded?
Teststreams study packs are delivered in .pdf format and is easy to access on all devices.
If the study pack is password-protected, simply enter your email address as password to open the study pack. For example, a typical password could be myemail@example.com
The password should be the same way you entered it during your order. For example, if you typed your email address as Adeola.orekoya@gmail.com, your password will be Adeola.orekoya@gmail.com
Is it compulsory to create account before downloading a material from Teststreams?
Certainly not! Although it is recommended. Creating an account ensures you can manage your orders, skip filling your details each time you want to purchase, and make your experience much better. Having an account also lets you download any new updates to your study materials.
How can I create an account
To create account, simply click on my-account. Provide the required details. That’s it.
Can I download materials from my account?
Absolutely! Simply click on my downloads to access all your available downloads. You can also visit support centre to for instant assistance.
2. Study Packs Purchase and Delivery.
I found a material I like, How can I get it?
(1) Click on the product.
(2) Then click the Buy now button.
(3) Fill your details provided on the payment page.
(4) Select your preferred payment method (If it is not a free download) then submit order.
How will I get my study pack after I pay?
Your study material will be delivered to your email address, and in the “My-account” section.
How soon will I get the study pack?
Delivery is automated if you pay online. Even for bank account payments, it only takes 2 or 3 minutes to deliver.
I was asked to enter a password after I downloaded my pack
Our website automatically encrypts PDF downloads with your email address and order details. Your password is the email address you entered during payment. For example, johndoe@example.com
