a. Define any five (5) of the following terms

vii. Travel and tourism industry (1 ½ mks each = 7 ½ mks)
b. Describe five (5) situations in which hotels have the right to refuse room rental by potential guests (7 ½ mks)

b. Describe four (4) duties of:

(ii) Employee in a food service establishment (6 marks)

a. Define workplace violence (3 marks)
b. Musculoskeletal injury includes reference to sprain, strain and inflammation. Differentiate between
(i) sprain, (ii) strain and (iii) inflammation (2 marks x 3 = 6 marks)
c. State any six (6) methods that may be used to perform risk assessment (6 marks)
