This test comes as multiple-choice questions that mirrors real workplace scenarios, targeted at evaluating your responses to those scenarios.

 4. P & G Reasoning Screen Test: This test is usually a timed-based test. The test comprises of 15 questions and a candidate is expected to attempt the questions within 30 minutes. Therefore, it is important to work on your time management skills ahead of the test.

The primary aim of this test is to evaluate your ability to understand and interpret figures and patterns to see if you can recognize changing patterns. You will likely be presented with either a 3×3 matrix of shapes or a sequence of figures with one shape/figure missing. Your assignment is to discern the pattern and select the missing shape or figure that fits the pattern.

Essentially, these questions are quite similar to those found in Diagrammatic Reasoning Tests, which focus on your capacity to analyze visual patterns and make logical connections.
