Job Description
- Manage and maintain in-class training facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Evaluating training and development programmes

Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc / MSc
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a practitioner/trainer/Lecturer in any of these Professional field (Project Management, Health Safety and Environment, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management) in any reputable organization/Institution.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
